Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Transactions are encrypted and secure.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

All your saved data (fleets, watchlist, geofences) is retained. You just lose access to higher-tier features until you re-subscribe.

What are the per-vessel compliance reports?

Two one-off PDF reports available on every plan: the $9 Quick Screen (sanctions status, detention flags, AI risk rating) and the $49 Due Diligence Report (full particulars, sanctions screening with sources, inspection & detention history, AI risk assessment, piracy exposure and EU MRV emissions). Professional includes 2 Quick Screens per month; Business includes 2 Due Diligence + 5 Quick Screens per month.
